Specializing in experiential food and beverage catering, we transform events into unforgettable, Instagram-worthy moments through visually striking, interactive, and customizable pop-up concepts—from luxe charcuterie carts and nostalgic candy shoppe bars to refreshing frozen drink cantinas and curated favour displays. 1 Reserve Your Date – Book and reserve your experience with Belleroom.
2 Customize Your Experience – Choose from our curated selections to reflect your tastes and style or work with Bree and Kim to bring your very own unique ideas to fruition.
3 Set Up – Our team arrives on-site to deliver a beautifully styled, Instagram-worthy experience for your guests. We collaborate closely with clients, planners, decorators, florists, couples, and businesses to ensure every rental complements your space and aligns seamlessly with your vision, aesthetic, and event theme. Custom branding and logo integration are also available
4 You Enjoy, Stress-Free – We handle all the cart service with our dedicated, friendly and professional staff while you and your guests indulge.
5 We Close Up Shop – After the service or event, we tidy and pack up, leaving the area spotless.

Ring-for-a-Drink Walls
Turn your event into an unforgettable experience with our Ring for a Drink™ Live Wall rental. This interactive 12×8-foot live wall invites guests to ring the bell and receive a champagne pour, custom cocktail, beverage, treat, or branded gift through a hidden porthole. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private parties, the wall doubles as a stunning backdrop for seating charts, signage, and custom branding. About Us
Belleroom Studios & Event Rentals is a female-owned, Canadian business founded by lifelong friends, creative partners, and proud moms, Bree and Kim. They met in high school at an arts-focused school, Bree a visual artist, and Kim a dramatic artist, quickly bonded over a shared love of entertaining, hosting, and making moments memorable—long before Belleroom had a name. Known for their natural ability to bring people together, they proudly coined themselves the “fun makers.”
With over 20 years of hosting and event experience, Kim’s background in television hosting and Bree’s background in education and the service industry make them effortless, thoughtful hosts for any event. Inspired by the warmth and charm of Southern Belle hospitality, Belleroom was created to deliver beautifully curated experiences filled with joy, connection, and unforgettable wow moments—crafted uniquely for every client.
